Not at all! We welcome first-time fosters. Our team will guide you every step of the way and is always available to answer questions.
How long will I have the animal?
It varies — anywhere from a couple of weeks to a few months depending on the animal and how quickly we find the right adoptive family.
What if I fall in love and want to adopt?
It happens all the time! Foster-to-adopt is absolutely possible. Just let us know and we'll start the adoption process.
Can I foster if I have other pets?
Yes, in many cases. We'll match you with an animal that's known to get along with others. We'll always discuss this before placing anyone with you.
What if there's an emergency?
We cover all vet costs and have an on-call team available around the clock. You'll never be left on your own.
